About:Embassy & Consulates of Canada in China

I wonder if my mother can mail her visa application form to embassy& consulates of Canada in china?

What is the mailing address? If she applies single entry visa, how much does the fee cost?

She can mail to the China visa Application service center in ottawa, whose mailing address is 220 Laurier Avenue West,Suite 1450,Ottawa, Ontario, K1P 5Z9,Canada. .The total amount of the fees to be paid include visa fee of 50 CAD for a single entry one, postal application service fee of 56 CAD, postal application service fee×13% HST.
