life as a foreigner in Dalian

Hi, how welcome is DL to the foreigners? Say if i had an opportunity to work there. Cities like BJ, HK etc are known places for foreigners to live, since it's modern, more international.

Don't worry! People there are friendly and you will be welcomed and well treated. My cousin was there for two years and just come back.
Although it is not as mordern as Beijing and Hong Kong, there are still many opportunities. Therefore, as long as you have some talents on certain profession, it is not easy to find a job there.
