Pakistani citizen marrying Chinese citizen in US

Hi,

I am a Pakistani citizen and currently in US on J-1 visa. I want to get married to a Chinese girl who is on F-1 visa here. I want to know whether this marriage will be recognized in China and Pakistan? Also can I apply for permanent residency in China based on that?

You can have your marriage certificate issued in US notarized by the local Notary Public, adn then authenticated by the China and Pakistan embassy in US. Thus, you marriage will be recognized in your own countries.

You can not get the permanent residence of China through marrying with a Chinese.
