Inquiring visit visa

Hello!
I'm Zillah a Filipino citizen and currently working as a teacher here in Doha, Qatar. I have a good friend in china who is a Chinese citizen. she wants me to visit her for a couple of days or weeks. But I want to know, Is there a possibility that I can get a visit visa here in Doha, Qatar to china? What are the possible requirements. thank you. looking forward for a response.
