About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

may i have a permenant residence in china ?

Dear sir , i,m a PHD student in china , i have been here for 1 year and i,m a sudent right now and must finish my graduation after 4 years which i have chinese government scholarship , i,m going to have a job in a business company in china . they have the target which i will be the business manager in the company to make some relation to my country , i wana know i may register for permanent visa for myself and my wife after 2 or 3 years ?

Hi, it is very difficult to get permanent visa. You can just work on a Z and residence permit based on your working contract.

if i and my wife have a baby in china and she or he will born in china . is there any law for our baby permanent residence or not ?

No such law in China, since China is not an immigration country like US, CA and AU.
