About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

So this means I cannot make a round trip from Korea - Beijing?

I want to visit Beijing but I don't understand what they mean by "transit"? What about a third country?

It means that you would do a trip from your country to another country by flight (not China). Peking is just the transit city of your international flight. You can not do a round trip between Korea and Peking.

Well, if you just want to visit BJ and then back to Korea, you need to apply a Chinese Visa in advance.
