Are there markets in Macau to purchase jewellery and similar?

I have been told that we can purchase jewellery and gold products around. Would you have any suggestions on the best spots for tourists to purchase these at reasonable prices.

You can go to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro or the Avenida de Horta e Costa to purchase them. Many reliable jewellery shops are gathering there.
