I'm spanish need transiting on Beijing to Spain... can I out of aitrport within 20 hrs

I'm holder of spain passport, i need transiting on Beijing to Spain, so do i need visa for come out to stay in hotel within 20 hrs? i check some information in website, they show only can in come out from Shanghai airport... i would like to know more detail! Thank you!
