About:China Customs Declaration

How many iPhone 5 i can bring with me from Hong Kong to China?

I m spending my Christmas holidays in Hong Kong where i actually work in Shanghai . So i wanted to bring some gifts for my family and wife . So i thought about buying the new iPhone 5 from Hong Kong since its tax free there .
So Whats my maximum limit i can bring back to Shanghai,China without paying taxes?

Hi, the customs regulations show that only one brand new Iphone can be taken in, except the one for self-use (free tax).
The duty-paid value is CNY5,000 for each and you need pay 10% tax. And you have to declare and pay tax for it.
