Is the exchange rate the same at the Bank of China at the airport as the Bank of China in the city center? Is the airport location open on Saturday until 16:00? I am arriving on a Saturday and may miss the closing time downtown (16:00).

And generally, the bank will not be close untill 17:00. I think there is another exchange court called ICE, located at No. 12 exit of quarantine area and you can exchange there. The rate is the same as that in Bank of China, but you have to pay the handling charge.
