Hello, must we take a red or a green taxi from HKIA to the cruise port?

No, not necessary.
If you want to take cruise from Skypier, you can find the free shuttle buses to reach in the airport.
If you mean the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, you can take the Airport Express and then the MRT to reach Sheung Wan and then walk to the port.0
