About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Travel Permit for baby.

Hi, please help, need to apply for a travel permit for a newly born baby to return to Guangzhou, China, understand that the baby need to be present at the Embassy, but does the mother need to be there too?

The mother had an operation at the childbirth, so it is quite painful for her to walk.

Then, how about the father? It will be ok one of the baby's guardians present at the embassy to submit the application with proof of the mother's special situation.

The father have to return to Guangzhou for work, can I help to apply on behalf (I am not related to the family but a close friend)?

Hi, may I know if any of the baby's parents is Chinese? and the baby was born Chinese? or Singaporean? sorry, I am confused.
