About:How to Buy Tickets

If i book my tickets now for travels in end january/ beginnin of feb.

When can i expect to get my tickets? I currently live in china so I have an address but I will start traveling in the beginning of Jan so I need my tickets to arrive as soon as possible if delivery is the only option. Like Jake asked before me is there an option of getting an e-ticket or picking them up at the station? Any help here is appreciated as travels through the holiday will be a chaos.

Ok I think i kind of figured out that you will buy the tickets for me 12 days before and then send it to my location at that time right? So I can put the address of the hotel I am staying in and you will send it there is that right? Can I put several addresses if I book several tickets?

Yes, you are right. Generally we will issue the tickets 12 days before departure once they are released and if everything goes smoothly, we will delivery the tickets to your hotel.

You say "If everything goes smoothly.” Does that mean that we might not get the tickets we order? It is very crucial that we get our tickets as we need to end up in our final destination. We have plane tickets from there.

Another thing, if lets say I ask for hard sleeper tickets and you can't get hard sleepers, will you then go on to booking hard seats for us instead? As I said it is very crucial that we get to the destination and we will rather sit or stand (or pay more for soft sleepers) than not get a ticket.

Dear Sir, we can not assure you the availability since your travel date is close to Chinese New Year. Generally our operator will recommend some alternative trains and seats for you and we will try our best to issue the tickets for you. If you are still worry, I suggest you take flights instead.
