I have a residence permit & employment licence for China. Want to bring my girlfriend here.

My girlfriend is a citizen of Uzbekistan. I have a resident permit & employemnt licence of China. I am a citizen of India.
As per my research she can get a visa for 30 days initially & than can get extension twice i.e. she can stay upto three months only. I want to get the residence permit for her also so that she can live with me for atleast a year. Please let me know what are the options I have?
