From T1 Beijing Int'l Airport to Airport Express Train

Hi
I will arriving at Terminal 1 from Harbin.
(1) How do I get to the Airport Express Station?
(2) If I need the airport shuttle to where the Airport Express station - where do I go to board it?
(3) Which is the nearest Terminal (2 or 3) from Terminal 1?
(4) I will be staying at Ibis BJ Sanyuan - do i alight at Sanyuanqiao station? Which exit do I take to the hotel?
