About:Chinese Consulates in Thailand

Is it possible to obtain a 6 or 12 month tourist visa into China on a US Passport from Thailand?

I currently have a Chinese 12 month 90 day multi entry expiring February 2013. I plan on visiting Bangkok in January. Can I obtain a tourist visa for re entry into China from Bangkok?

If you will be a temporary visitor in Bangkok, I don't think you can get a 6 or 12 months multiple China visa there.

Sorry, to apply in Thailand, you may be asked to provide long-term thai visa or residence permit if necessary. So, you'd better apply for a new multiple entries visa whrn you are in US. Or, you can try to contact the embassy directly for confirmation.
