You are advised to contact the embassy of Congo by Tel: (+86)10 6532 3224, 6532 1621, or go to the embassy directly to know about the details,

Thanks Tony for the reply. I have both telephone nos and had tried many times, but nobody answer to the phone. As there's no embassy in Hong Kong, I am unable to go to Beijing to ask for the details. Is there any other source I can get the information? Thanks!

Yeah, no oversea office of Congo in Hk. If you can't get through the embassy by phone, you may find a reliable travel agency in Hk to see if they can help before heading for Beijing.
