I did not find any Indian restaurant nearby the road. The nearest one may be Tandoor at 3F, the world financial center, no.100, Century Avenue. It is about 5km away from Meihua Road. Subway line 2 can take you there. You just need to get down at Lujiazui Station. You can find veg food in the restaurant.
