Hi, Susan. It is usually hard to book a taxi/limousine from the airport to HK. Taxis usually can not run directly from SZ to HK.  I advise you to take the shuttle bus from the airport to kowloon. Then take a taxi to your hotel. You can find the bus at the Desk A08 and B04 in the Arrival Hall of the Terminal Building. It takes about 75 minutes and costs CNY90.
