About:China Business Visa

I have a multiple entry 12 month Chinese visa that allows me to "enter before April 19, 2013".

Does that mean that I can stay in China past this date for up to the allowed 30 days? This is a business visa.

If you enter the last entry, e.g on April 19 as allowed, you can stay full 30 days if the duration on your F is 30 days.
