Hello,I am a business man living in UAE from 30 years ,I want to visit Hong Kong ,for one week as a tourist with my friend, I am Syrian nationality ,and my friend is Romanian.please advise me where I have to apply and how long it will take. location of the consulate .Can I apply for a visit visa to Hong Kong ,urgent / fast processing ,and how much it will cost.thank you very much in advance.

For your friend, he is not required visa to HK for 90 days. But you need to apply for one to HK in advance from Chinese embassy in UAE if you reside there under their consular district. You can refer to http://ae.china-embassy.org/eng/lsyw/1/2/t382412.htm for detailed procedure and requirements. As I know, expedited service is not available. Anyway, try to contact the embassy directly for further confirmation.
