About:Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival

2013 Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival

will there be a such festival in January 2013 as well?

I will be in SY from the 4th to the 10th of january 2013, will I be able to see it?

Surely you can. It will be open to the public from 5th, Jan. and last for about an month. So you can centainly view during those days.
