About:Huangshan Mountain

Yellow Mountains and Elderly

My wife and I want to go to the Huangshan, but a concern I have is that we are bring my mother who tires easily. Is there an area that is accessible for those who cannot go far distances? We expect to go in early April. Also, is there any type of assisted care that can be arranged there for those that may need a bit of help?

Thanks John

If you want to see the beauty of the mountain, it is suggested to climb to top. Since your mother cannot walk a long, I think the telphers are suitable for her. You can climb for a distance from the south gate of the mountain to reach Merciful Light Pavilion and then take the telpher to reach Jade Screen Pavilion. If she cannot climb any more, the Jade Screen Pavilion is a good place for her to appreciate the scenery.
On the way to the peak of the mountain, there are a lot of service centers for tourists. I cannot figure out whether you mean these service center or any other service?
