ethiopian citizen to japan

Iam Ethiopian citizen and i have business visa in china and i want to go a business trip in japan so how i can apply the visa and what is the requirements of ethiopian citizen in japan am waiting your reply

If you don't have residence permit of China, you will be not able to get a Japanese visa in China.
