weather in february 2013

My boss is travelling to Shanghai from 25 February to 01 March  2013 to attend the Aus AID Funded Workshop. What will the weather be like during this month and how much will she need to purchase warm clothes for the 4days.

It will be dry and cold during that time. The average temperature is about 2~10C.  Warm winter clothes are recommended, such as down coats, thick trousers, and warm shoes, etc. Since she only stays 4 days, one down coact, a piece of thick trousers abd a pair of warm shoes are enough.
