What bus company or transport should we looking for, to get to Suzhou-Lion Villa Hotel by bus or shuttle? What will the charges like. We are first timer in Shanghai?

From the airport, you can find airport shuttle bus directly to Suzhou. The bus departs at  11:20, 13:50, 16:00, 18:30, 21:15.The bus fare is CNY95 and it taks about 2 hours. You can take the bus and get off at Zhongshan Dasha, Renmin Road, Suzhou. Then take 3 taxis to the hotel.
