How long is your current business visa valid for? if you plan to get married next year, you can apply for a family visit visa after marriage registration in China. But if you work in China, Z visa and residence permit are ok, they allows a stay based on the working contract, it is not necessary to apply any other issue. BTW, working on a business F is illegal, you'd better ask your employer for relevant documents for Z application.

Yes, it's a way. If you have business in China, you may be issued with a visa that permits you stay in China for a longer time. At the same time, after you marry to the Chinese, you may be also issued with a family visit visa that is valid for one year or a residence permit that is valid for a minimum of 180 days and a maximum of 5 years.
