There are cafe bars at the Outside flight waiting area in T3. You can stay in one to wait for your wife. Just tell her which cafe bar you are in. It is easy to find.

My wife asks how fare she must travel from domestic arrivals to international arrivals at T3 and how can she get to international. Is there a shuttle bus?

Hi, David, Air China will also land in T3 in the airport. She can just walk from the domestic arrival hall to the outside flight waiting area according to the land signs or ask the airport staff for help. No need to take any bus.
