First of all, I have to say that the route: Hangzhhou - Mt. Huangshan - Yangtze River - Shanghai is well arranged. April is a nice travel season that the weather is not too cool or too hot. So you can enjoy yourself then. Transport between the places are easy to catch, so no need to worry about that.
