About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana
i was asked to attest my medical forms at the court. can the commission of oath attest it for me?

As I know, it should be attested by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Sorry, I am not sure if the commission in Oath is a branch of it. You'd better contact the consular officers directly for further confirmation.1
