I just had a baby Nov. 25, 2012 and I have three daughters the ages of 6 and 5. In three months I should be returning back to work.  IhI have another job oppurtunity, that has better pay. Should I take it or should I let my job know that I need a raise?

Hi, you may get fluctuation in the career in 2013. Thus you should take all into consideration (your capability, experience and personality) if you plan to get another job. Otherwise, you will be frustrated upon getting the new one. One more thing, self-adjustment to the new environment is needed.I also want to tell you that you will get help from a person around so do treat them more firendly and gently.
