hi..i am a filipina my boyfriend is taiwanese who work in china..how can i get visit visa to china

You may just apply for the visa from the local consulate-general or embassy of China with your passport, completed application form, one passport side photo, invitation letter from your BF, copy of your BF's passport and residence permit.
