When is the Snow Sculpture Park soft opening and what is the entrance fee?

Is the indoor Ice Sculpture Park open on 6 Dec an 22-23 Dec?

Hi, as I know, the indoor Ice Sculpture Park is open from 15th, Feb. to 31st, Dec. each year. The entrance fee is CNY20 per person.
