Hello! I plan to go Harbin on 5th Feb. 2013 and stay there for 3-4 days.Will I sill see the  Ice and Snow Festival  and snow sculpture on Sun Island? Thank you.

Don't worry! You can still enjoy the ice and snow statues then. The overall activities and exhibition will not come to an end till the end of Feb.
