About:Shangri-La Weather

Weather in ShangriLa in April

I want to visit this city and the surrounding mountain in mid April 2013. Is this usually a period without rain? Is it already warm enough to visit this area? are the busses operating or is there still too much snow on the roads?

Well, April is one of the best time for travelling. The weather is favorable, cool and pleasant. It has rainfall but not too much. It won't disturb your trip. The bu will be operating as normal during that time.
