About:Hong Kong Travel

Advise on HK Itinerary

Hi, will be going to HK during the 1st week of Dec 12. I have came up with the itinerary and would like to seek your advice if the route is correct and any if suggestion from you should include/ exclude from the itinerary:

Day 1 & 2 - Travel from HKIA to ShenZhen

Day 3 - check in to Kowloon motel (reach around 3pm)
Visit Victoria Peak, ride the Peak Tram going up to the Peak
Madame Tussaud’s wax models museum
Visit Victoria Peak, ride the Peak Tram going up to the Peak
Wan Chai (Go to ferry point to take the Star Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui)
Shopping at Tsim Sha Tsui

Day 4
Disneyland

Day 5
Ngong Ping 360 & Ngong Ping Village + Giant Buddha + Po Lin Monastery
Shopping at Citygate Outlets
Harbour City Shopping Complex – Tsim Sha Tsui
walk Around Tsim Tsa Tsui area for shopping
The Avenue of Stars + Symphony of Lights
Take bus 1, 1A, 2, 6 or 6A from Tsim Sha Tsui to Mongkok

Day 6
Wong Tai Sin Temple
Nan Lian Garden
Chi Lin Nunnery
Sha Tin New Town Plaza Mall
Golden Computer Arcade
Stanley Market
Repulse Bay

Day 7
Last minute shopping around Mongkok before going to Airport

Hi, dear. Your itinerary is doable, but I think it can be improved. On Day 3, after arrival at Tsim Sha Tsui, you can go to the Avenue of Stars and see the Symphony of lights. Then do some shopping. On Day 4, you can go to visit Ngong Ping 360, Giant Buddha and Po Lin Monastery in the early morning, then go to Disneyland in the afternoon. Spend the whole afternoon and evening at Disneyland. On Day 5, you can go to visit Ocean Park, Stanley Market, Repulse Bay. Then back to Causeway and Central for a visit, doing some shopping by the way.

Oh, forget to tell you that, you can try to spare one day to visit Macau. It is worth visiting.
