I am a Canadian green card holder and Bangladeshi passport holder, living in montreal, Canada. I am planning to visit China with my Son for 2 weeks. My Son is going in business visa for 2 weeks. What category I should apply to go with him and what is the process and processing time? Thanks.

You can try to apply the same type as your son. If he goes for business, the invitation letter from China should also include your name and other detailed information. Or, you can try to apply for an L for tourism instead. Round-trip ticket and hotel reservation are required.
