How about July and oct? which one suitable for travel in Taipei?

Although both July and October are during the typhoon season, I suggest you choose Oct. At that time, it will be not as sweltering as Jul. And you can enjoy yourself on the seashore or other fanscinating scenic areas then, which is turned out to be more suitable for travel.0
