We plan to ascend Huangshan on 6th December 2012 and descent the same day. Is it true that the Yuping cable car serveice is closed from 23rd, Nov. to 9th, Dec. 2012? Does it mean that the best alternative is the Yungu Telpher since we will be staying at Tangkou the night before? Thanks
