No nbi clearance and passport will expire on April 2013

But I am planning to stay for 6 days only since it's just a tour. Will it be possible for me to get a visa?

I'm afraid you have to renew your passport first, and the NBI clearance will also be requried if it's your first time to China. By the way, I hear that Filipinos are required to provide a financial proof of a bank certificate with at least 100k recently.
