Hi, MTR is more convenient for the journey.
From the plaza, you need walk to Guozhan MTR Station to take subway line 15 to Wangjing Station, where you need transfer to subway line 13 to Dongzhimen Station. Then you can catch subway line 2 at Dongzhimen to Jianguomen. After that, subway line 1 is needed, which can take you to East Tiananmen, from where you can walk to your destination.3

I know the metro station here but never try, we are living one of the village very close to Metro station and i have already card for metro but I don't use yet we are new in China.
