Hi, if you want to apply Italian visa in China, you must be resident for at least 6 months in China. Applications should be presented personally or by an authorized person to the Italy Visa Application Center (IVAC) during their office hours:  from 8:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday. For processing time, you'd better apply at least three weeks before travel. It takes 5 working days after the interview.
