About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Permanent resident of Nova scotia, need to renew very expired chinese passport

I am a permanent resident of canada, but my chinese passport is VERY expired, how do i aplly for a new one, do i HAVE to do it in person or is courier ok, where would i find the application for the new PRC passporrt?

You have to apply for a new passport from Embassy of PRC in Ottawa in person. I am not sure if you can read Chinese, here is the embassy's web page for the detailed information of Chinese passport application http://ca.chineseembassy.org/chn/lsyw/hzqz/bzxz/hzlxz123/ The form can be downloaded from there too.
