Which are the requirements for chinese citizen residing in Lima to get a HongKong visa?

You should apply for a entry permit from Chinese embassy in Lima. For the detailed procedure, you can refer to http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkvisas_7.htm#17 Basic documents needed are your passport, application form, photo.
