is it possible to take bus from shangrila or lijiang to Jinghong?

There is no direct bus from Shangrila. You need to make a transfer at Kunming or Lijiang. Well, there is direct bus from Lijiang, but it takes a long time and is uncomfortable. The best way is to take flight from Lijiang to get to Xishuangbanna, then take bus to get there.0
