About:China Tourist Visa

How to live together with my wife

My wife is not Chinese but she is now studying in china. We want to live together in china. What kind of visa I need and what is the requirements for it. By the way I am now in Bangladesh and my wife also a Bangladeshi woman.

You can only able to apply for a family visit visa L. This allows 30 days generally, but you can extend it when you are in China. Documents needed are offical invitation letter from her university and proof of relationship.

Thank u very nuch. But the problem is her university refuse to give her invitation for me. Is there any other way...?

I am afraid not, unless you book a tour with a travel agency and apply for a tourist L visa with invitation letter from them.

Yes, generally, you can extend L twice in China.
