How about taking a kid of one and a half year to Harbin?
Will it be a wise decision? Chances of Fever/Cold?

When will you go there? Anyway, it is extremely cold in winter time in this city. If you want to take a kid, you'd better avoid the winter time for travelling there.2

Thanks Dora for the information. I wanted to go there to see the ice and snow festival in this January or February. So, you suggest not to take the 1 and half year kid to such extreme weather? Thanks in advance.1

Definately yes. It will be very cold and an adult even cannot bear it, let alone a baby.0
