AUTHENTICATION OF ACADEMIC DEGREE

Good day ,

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM ) Spore informed that the Chinese embassy is able to assist employers here to authenticate academic degrees ( eg B Eng ) obtained by a Chinese national in China . How do I go about in authenticating this ? I am looking to hire an engineer from China . Thanks
