would like to know how to get the permanent visa to china !

Hello, I would like to know how to apply for the chinese permanent residence.  I am planning to apply for a graduate job in china after my MSC. Could you please tell me what are the requirements and is it possible for me to get into china with just only a employer sponsorship letter ?

You will not be qualified to apply for the permanent residence of China untill you have lived in China for a continous five years. As to your situation, you should apply for a work visa, with which you can apply for a temporary residence permit for 1-2 years according to the duration of your workign contract with your employer.
