How much will the trip cost by taxi and do the drivers understand English or written English? Is there a meter showing the price?Best regards

It costs about CNY160-180. Well, only a few taxi drivers in the city can understand some English. There is taximeter in the taxi. It shows the price and distance.  Well, a much cheaper way for you is to take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to Jing'an Temple, then take a taxi to the hotel. The taxi cost is just the base fare.
